Upmarket apartment situated in Blouberg, one road back from the beach front with beautiful unobstructed sea and mountain views. From any of the Blouberg beaches marvellous views can be seen of Table Mountain and Robben Island. Major windsurfing competitions are often held along this coast.

The apartment has an open plan lounge/diningroom leading on to a balcony with amazing views. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 singles.

A laundry is in the complex as well as a garage and a lift to the apartment.

A cleaning service can be arranged on request.

A well developed beachfront offers a variety of pubs, restaurants and other entertainment. Many of the restaurants along the beachfront provide unobstructed views over the bay. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed yet close to shopping centres and a short drive to the City of Cape Town and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.
