This is a lovely accommodtion features a Cape Dutch Style double storey house situated in a very quiet pan-handle at the end of a cul-de-sac in Hout Bay. There is no passing traffic or pedestrians and within walking distance to Hout Bay beach.

This self catering accommodation are three bedrooms with a double bed and en-suite bathroom in the main one. The other two have two single beds each. Linen and towels are provided. There is another bathroom and guest toilet.

This vacation rental TV, satelite channels & dvd system. ADSL line available.

The kitchen is fully equiped including oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine.

Relax on the large patio overlooking the pool where you can barbecue and entertain guests.
