Nestled on the foothills of the Paardeberg Mountain, Paardeberg House, a self catering three bedroomed farmhouse provides the perfect retreat from the city life and a getaway to the Cape Winelands.

This is a small 50 hectare working wine farm. A portion of the farm extends up the Paardeberg Mountain (a private nature conservancy) most of the land extends below the house, in two blocks of vines with paddocks in between.

The main farmhouse has three bedrooms, all en suite.
The main bedroom has a kingsize bed, with a bath, basin and toilet.
The second bedroom has twin beds, with a shower, basin and toilet.
The third bedroom has a double bed, with a bath, shower, basin and toilet.

There is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, with large fireplace and beautiful Oregon pine ceiling. The main house has been lovingly restored with Oregon pine doors and sash windows, but, with a contemporary twist.

There is a large veranda with sweeping views of the Wellington Valley and Limietburg, Hwakwa and Du Toitskloof mountain ranges.

The pool house, with pool table, kitchenette, toilet and basin, overlooks a beautiful swimming pool, in the front gardens.

There is a restful courtyard at the back of the house, with wonderful views of the Paardeberg Mountain, and a retreat in the evening, to listen to the birdlife settling down for the night.

An additional lounge provides satellite television, a double sleeper couch and a cot.
The kitchen has a counter top hob and a full sized oven, as well as a microwave.
The scullery provides a washing machine, drier and dishwasher.
The house is fully serviced.
Smoking is permitted in the downstairs reception rooms.
